IT Organizational Assessment
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen and align technology services with the needs of our campus, we are assessing all information technology functions and roles at the University. This review will help us determine the most sustainable, effective, and efficient operating model and organization structure for Information Technology (IT) in support of the University’s Forward Together 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.
The purpose of this assessment is to help ensure our IT organization:
- Effectively supports the varied technology needs of faculty, staff, and students across the University
- Maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery
- Complies with established information security standards and requirements set forth by the UNC System
