BerryDunn Recommendations
Phase 1 included an extensive assessment of IT services across campus, resulting in recommendations to strengthen strategic alignment, service quality, and long‑term sustainability. A condensed executive summary of the Phase 1 report—highlighting the project objectives, strategic alignment, engagement activities, assessment themes, findings, and proposed future IT operating model—is available for campus review.

Next steps
We invite all students, faculty, and staff to review the materials and share feedback by Friday, February 27 (close of business). Your input will help refine the recommendations and will directly inform Phase 2 as needed, which will focus on developing a future‑state organizational design.
UNCG and BerryDunn will collaborate on planning for Phase 2, including identifying members of the campus community who should be interviewed to inform the organization design.
After the feedback period concludes, the Chancellor and Executive Leadership Team will review input and determine next steps. Final decisions will be communicated to campus on Monday, March 2.
